Demarest Middle School

The Demarest Middle School project is a $7.6 million 14,000 SF gymnasium, nurses suite and bathrooms being overseen by Eric Torres of Pascack Construction Management and Consulting.  It was designed by EI Associates and being built by Daskal Construction.  It's anticipated completion will be in August of 2025.

This project is on schedule and moving along nicely.  Managing this project has been a pleasure to be a part of.
